Ads step into
ChatGPT.
Since August 24, 2026, ChatGPT has shown ads in Belgium. A new channel, where people describe what they need instead of typing three keywords. We help you get in early, test without burning budget, and measure what it actually brings in.
I’m looking for invoicing software for a small agency in Brussels. Which one should I pick?
For a small team, three criteria make the difference: compliance with Belgian e-invoicing, a link with your accountant, and the price per user.
Simple, compliant invoicing for Belgian agencies. 30-day free trial.
More than keywords.
Needs.
On Google, intent is guessed from a few words. In ChatGPT, it’s spelled out in full, and gets sharper as the conversation goes on. The ad shows up when people know what they want, and are still deciding who to choose.
It’s a rare opportunity: a channel where intent is rich, competition is still thin and the rules are being written right now. It’s also a young channel, with formats that change almost every month and measurement still being built.
We won’t sell you a revolution. We offer to test it properly: a defined budget, reliable tracking, and stop criteria set before we start.
A new channel.
Clear rules.
Formats move fast. The principles are set: here is how advertising in ChatGPT works.

We tested it
for Sialab.
Sialab is a clinical interview simulator for psychologists, therapists and students. We built the website and the app, and we run its marketing strategy. We launched a ChatGPT Ads campaign for it.
First findingsFrom first test
to full management.
We support you at every step: setting up the account, launching a first test, writing the ads, managing bids and measuring results.
Your sector’s eligibility under OpenAI’s ad policies, landing pages open to the OAI-AdsBot validation crawler, OpenAI Pixel, Conversions API and consent. We check everything before committing budget.
A large part of the work is defining the context — what OpenAI calls context hints: the needs, questions and doubts people have when your offer can help them. Budget, duration and stop criteria are set from the start.
Headlines, descriptions and visuals designed for someone in the middle of a decision. The copy suggested by Ads Manager’s AI is a starting point: we review it and adapt it to your offer.
We choose the bidding model based on account maturity and data quality, adjust audiences and geo-targeting, and cut what doesn’t deliver results.
We measure ChatGPT Ads with the same rigor as Google Ads, Meta and SEO, to compare what each channel brings in and allocate budget accordingly.
Advertising doesn’t replace a presence in ChatGPT’s answers. We also work on visibility in generative engines.
Prepare. Test.
Decide.
Who it’s right for.
And who it isn’t, yet.
Offers people choose by comparing: B2B software and services, training, e-commerce, travel and hospitality, services for freelancers. Ideally with a clear offer and tracking already in good shape.
Politics: excluded. Health and finance: possible, but restricted. Budgets that can’t absorb a test phase. And accounts without reliable measurement: without data, nobody will know if it works.
And if what you really want is to be recommended in ChatGPT’s answers without paying, that’s GEO work. We do that too, with our SEO team.
Simple questions.
Honest answers.
ChatGPT Ads is OpenAI’s advertising platform. It lets businesses show ads in ChatGPT to users on the Free and Go plans. Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Edu subscriptions stay ad-free.
Ads appear below the answer, clearly labeled and kept separate from it.
Yes. Since August 24, 2026, ChatGPT has shown ads in Belgium and thirty other European markets.
Since August 31, 2026, European advertisers can also create and manage their own campaigns in Ads Manager, in beta.
No. OpenAI states that advertising does not influence ChatGPT’s answers. The ad shows up next to the answer, never inside it.
To be cited or recommended in the answers themselves, what matters is organic visibility work: GEO.
There is no set price. Cost depends on the bidding model — CPM, CPC or conversion-optimized —, on competition and on targeting. The channel is young and prices are still moving.
We recommend starting with a defined test budget over a few weeks, with success criteria agreed before launch.
GEO, or Generative Engine Optimization, aims to get you cited naturally in the answers of generative engines like ChatGPT. You can’t buy it: it’s built through content, technical work and reputation.
ChatGPT Ads buys ad space next to those answers. The two work together: ads bring visibility right away, GEO a presence that lasts.
Advertisers never access users’ conversations, and OpenAI states that it does not sell data.
Measurement relies on campaign reporting and on your own tools: the OpenAI Pixel, the Conversions API and third-party measurement integrations connect ads to leads and sales.
Political advertising is not allowed. Ads are not shown to users under 18, nor near sensitive topics such as health, mental health or politics.
Other categories are restricted by OpenAI’s ad policies. We check them with you before any launch.
No: Ads Manager is self-serve. An agency helps you prepare the ground — tracking, landing pages, ad policies —, frame the tests and compare results with your other channels.
On a channel that changes almost every month, what you mostly save is time and early mistakes.
Get ahead.
Not exposed.
